R.I.Z.Z. LAW Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 16, 2026

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from R.I.Z.Z. LAW, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Program Description

R.I.Z.Z. LAW utilizes SMS messaging to communicate with clients and prospective clients regarding case updates, appointment reminders, document signatures, discovery requests, and general account administration.

Messages may be sent through an automated messaging system. After you reply, conversations are typically handled by a live R.I.Z.Z. LAW team member during business hours.

By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that your parent or legal guardian has consented on your behalf.

2. Message Frequency

You can expect approximately 1 to 10 messages per week per active case, with higher volume during intake (Days 1 to 14) and active treatment phases. Frequency tapers as your matter progresses through later stages of representation.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. R.I.Z.Z. LAW does not charge a separate fee for this service, but you are responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred from your mobile service provider.

4. Opt-Out Procedure

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

5. Getting Help

For help, reply HELP to any of our text messages and you will receive an automated reply confirming the firm name, our contact phone, and a reminder of how to opt out. You may also contact our office directly at (754) 714-3404.

6. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Confidentiality and Unsecured Networks

R.I.Z.Z. LAW prioritizes attorney-client privilege. However, standard text messaging is not a fully secure or encrypted method of communication. By opting in, you acknowledge and accept the risk that unauthorized third parties could potentially intercept SMS messages. Please do not send highly sensitive personal or medical information via text message unless instructed to do so via a secure link.

8. No Attorney-Client Relationship

For prospective clients, opting into SMS communications does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is only formed once a formal representation agreement is signed by both you and R.I.Z.Z. LAW.

9. Not Legal Advice

Text messages sent by our firm are for informational and administrative purposes only and should not be construed as formal legal advice.

10. Jurisdiction

R.I.Z.Z. LAW attorneys are licensed to practice law in Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Georgia, and Idaho. These communication terms are designed to comply with the respective state rules of professional conduct regarding client communications and attorney advertising.
